WK OUTDOOR RETAIL, INC. is a retail company of Camping Goods, Equipment, Dog Gear & Apparel & Others.
It covers the end-to-end operations, from consigning goods to storing items in the
Warehouse to managing order fulfillment.

POLICY OF CUSTOMER IDENTIFICATION

Customer identification & screening happens during the website registration. A prospective shopper is
required to sign up through (Company’s Website) registration portal or third-party access like Facebook,
Xend, Twitter, or Google, by which they will be asked to provide the following information: Email
address, Password, First name, Last name, City, Region, Gender, Birthday and Contact numbers.
To validate the account, the user will be asked to agree to the Terms of Service
(https://shop.campinggears.ph/) and Privacy Policy (https://shop.campinggears.ph/). Then, an email
verification will be sent.

TRANSACTION FLOW

Customer Journey—Includes visit to the app, inquiry about products and order process, addition of the
product/s to the customer's virtual shopping cart, order placement and confirmation, and delivery.
Order Placement
1. Add to Cart- The shopper should add the preferred product and quantity to their
S/he can view the summary of his order by clicking the button. At this stage,
s/he can continue shopping, change the quantity, or delete and add an item. The shopper will be asked
to check out if the product details are final.
2. Checkout- The checkout page will require the shopper to provide the shipping information
(contact person, contact mobile/phone number, complete address, and e-mail). At this stage, the shopper can still return to their to edit the product details.
3. Payment—When the order details are final, the shopper will choose their preferred payment
gateway and be asked to fill out the payment details. An order notification will be sent to their email as order confirmation. The online banking and over-the-counter payment instructions will be sent to the shopper’s email.
4. Shipment- Notification regarding order and shipping status updates will be sent to the shopper via e-mail or viber. 
5. Closing of an Order- The order will be set to ‘completed’ once the item has been delivered to the recipient.

Order processing- includes order confirmation, processing, and shipment.
1. Order confirmation
Payment complete/verified WK OUTDOOR RETAIL, INC. will proceed to order processing
Pending payment- Aging unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after seven business days.
2. Order Fulfillment
The order will be processed upon payment completion.
3. Shipment
The order will be shipped within 1 - 7 business days after the sale ends.
